Reminder: GMPT membership meeting this Wednesday!

Greater Minnesota Parks and Trails’ summer membership meeting is this Wednesday, July 15 at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom. Because the membership meeting will include time for an interactive discussion at the end, we have decided to cancel our bi-weekly Zoom forum that had been scheduled for today (Tuesday, July 14).

You can see the membership meeting agenda here. In addition to regular updates on our activities, we’ve got a great line-up of topics and speakers:

• Marcia Larson, Bemidji Parks and Recreation Director, will talk about e-programming in the time of COVID
• Renee Mattson, Executive Director of Greater Minnesota Regional Parks & Trails Commission, will talk about the Commission’s work, projects, and how COVID has impacted their work
• Elizabeth Wefel, GMPT’s lobbyist, will share an update on our legislative efforts
