Upcoming GMPT forum to explore winter recreation challenges
Join us for another fun and informative forum with members of GMPT! As the snow begins to fall, many of us are starting to experience the winter woes of visitors not “staying in their lane” with their choice of winter recreation. If you have more than one activity such as skiing, snowshoeing, fat-tire biking, and hiking, then you’re are most likely experiencing this frustration. Is it a problem of lack of knowledge? Not wanting to share? Entitlement? Or perhaps a little bit of everything? And is there a good solution to the problem of trails being ruined because visitors are treading where they don’t belong?
Join the forum to voice your concerns and struggles, and bring ideas that have worked that you might be able to share with others who are struggling. Let’s work together to have a great winter season.
