From the Chair: Back to ‘cool’ season

With Labor Day weekend now behind us, the State Fair officially done, and most schools back in session, all the activities and weather that characterize our Minnesota Parks and Trails summers will rest for several months. Notice I didn’t say, “end.” They are on a temporary pause. With great purpose, this allows us the opportunity to reflect on what went well, what was a challenge, and where we see room for change that will better achieve our mission. With that, be sure to celebrate the victories and commiserate the difficulties with peers to fuel problem-solving approaches.
