LCCMR announces 2026 RFP for project funding
The Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR) has issued its 2026 Request for Proposal (RFP) for projects seeking funding through the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund (ENRTF). The 2026 RFP—which includes updated funding priorities—is looking for projects that aim to protect, conserve, preserve, and enhance Minnesota’s environment and natural resources.
Approximately $103 million is available from the ENRTF through this RFP for projects beginning July 1, 2026. Proposals must be submitted online at lccmrprojectmgmt.leg.mn by Wednesday, March 19, 2025. You can learn more on the 2026 funding process page.
